This year’s show will be held on March 27th, 2026 in the Hach Student Life Center. Show starts at 7 p.m., but arrive early to experience our pop-up shops before the show!
Northwood University Fashion Showcase is an annual event run 100% by students and made possible through the generosity of alumni, supporters, friends, and corporations. Students gather garments from over ten different boutiques and brands to style looks to display on the runway.
NUFS allows students to gain experience in areas of photography, video production, graphic design, model management, choreography, stage lighting, web design, and program development.
The Student Design segment of the showcase includes the creative and unique work of Northwood University students. Students design new garments using various forms of materials to create a collection to display. They compete to win a prize donated by generous supporters of the program.
Past students have designed dresses, pants, painted jeans, reworked thrifted apparel and much more. With Student Design, the possibilities are endless and give students a creative outlet that may not be found anywhere else. This year NUFS will be showcasing the designers collections throughout the entire shows.
STYLE & SOUND SHOWCASE
Where does the music take you? Style & Sound celebrates the connection between music and style. From hip-hop inspired streetwear to glam looks echoing disco and pop icons, each ensemble reflects the rhythm that drives fashion forward.
Behind the scenes, this show is a true collaboration – every fitting, playlist, and creative detail is shaped by a dedicated team working in harmony. Style & Sound is a tribute to the magic that happens with music and fashion come together.
